Job Introduction

We are seeking an exceptional Site & Operations Manager to play a key role in our school. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee all aspects of our site, facilities, health and safety, compliance and operational services.

As Site & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, supporting an environment where students can thrive and staff can deliver outstanding teaching and learning. You will lead a dedicated premises and cleaning team, manage contractors and service providers, oversee statutory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in site, facilities, estates or operational management.
  • Possesses excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Understands health and safety, compliance and premises management requirements.
  • Can build positive relationships with staff, contractors and external partners.
  • Is solution-focused, proactive and committed to high standards.
  • Thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same.

In return, you will join a supportive and ambitious school community where your expertise will be valued and your contribution will have a visible impact every day. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career and help shape the operational future of our school.

If you are passionate about creating outstanding environments and have the skills and leadership qualities to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
