37 Hours per week. 7.30am to 3.30pm Mon-Thur, 7.30am to 3.00pm Fri

We are looking to recruit two exceptional, experienced and enthusiastic administration assistants at our all age school for pupils with profound, complex and severe learning difficulties operating across multiple sites within Telford, each providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of the pupils. 

Our main aim is that pupils achieve and progress in an environment where they are safe, happy and treated with respect at all times.  The most recent OFSTED (July 2025) graded the school as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas.

We are seeking self-motivated Administration Assistants with excellent organisational skills to support the administration of the school.

As a Administration Assistant at The Bridge School, you will:

  • Carry out the required role on the school reception desk.
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to other staff.
  • Be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, organisational processes within the school.
  • Assist with procurement.
  • Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as requested.

Supportive training will be provided.
